I Am Me

I am at peace if I perceive goodwill 

I am healthy outside of my body 

I am serene when I seek stillness 

I am wise beyond age  

I am in harmony in the moment

I am perfect in every way 

My heart is love  

I am spirit before I begin 

I am all there is to be 

I am one with the universe 

I am true to self 

I am love for others 

Nothing can touch me 

Far away, different or jaded

Today or tomorrow 

My world is nothing but a story  

And because I am the author

And will continue to be 

I can make many changes  

Or just be me
