I Wish I Had All The Answers

Written for one of my dance students and shared with many

I wish I had all the answers so I could give them to you

I wish I had all the answers to my questions in life too!

But the one thing that I do know for sure as sure can be

That you are very much loved by everyone and not just by me

So set the past behind you --- I am sure you will never forget

And put your dreams before the stars -- you deserve the very best

Enjoy the future -- restart your life. Make all your wishes come true

You deserve to have many more happy days

To envision more dreams too!

Two years from now you will wake up

I know you will not feel the same

Your perspective will be different

Your spirit will have changed

You will fly over many more mountains

You will sail over many more seas

But you will always be stronger than today

Because your spirit grew fierce that day

I wish I had all the answers so I could give them to you

I wish I had all the answers as to why things happen in life too!

But the one thing that I do know for sure as sure can be

That you are stronger than you think you are

And your spirit will always conquer anything --- just like it did that day
